"The best way to predict the future is to create it."
The Country Cupboard can be traced back to my childhood.
My first store was a cardboard box with holes cut for windows and doors.
Nature Run Wood Works all started when Chuck decided to make a shelf to hang in our home. With drafting and designing as his strong points in high school, I realize how the road to where we are now was created! I also have come to realize that what we learn from our past can carry us forward into the future, sometimes you have to take the road less traveled!
From the handmade furniture of Nature Run Wood Works to the homemade nut rolls that I learned to make with my Grandmother, we hope you enjoy your visit to our web site!
June/July 2008 cover Chuck's primitive, country furniture was featured twice on the covers of the February/March & June/July 2008 issues of Country Sampler Magazine!
Our Burgundy Washstand is shown on the left cover and our Dry Sink is shown on the right.
